About ‘Conversations with Thomas’

I’m Thomas Kevin Dolan, my married and Hawaiian name is Thomas Kevin Kekoa Dolan-Ma, author of Little Fag – A Journey of Self Discovery and HealingI’m also a credentialed/accredited Master and Life Design Coach, and a professional Keynote Speaker.

My podcast advocates for living a life fueled by intuitive, and intellectual insight. It’s perspective, at times, can be awkwardly brilliant.

Each episode brings a wealth of valuable advice inspiring growth, and expansion. It explores conversations most humans are afraid to touch. You’ll listen to change-catalysts, culture-shifters, heart renderers, and a few troublemakers whose focus is on personal innovation, creativity, and new ways to live.

Inspiration will entice you to put down your screens, and listen to folks figuring out how to live ecstatic, health riddled, and more present lives. Guests will share how they’ve enabled themselves to be their truest reflections, and pursue a life with abandon, and love.

You’ll learn to live lighter and braver, more free, and less alone. You’ll explore you, and learn new ways to create and embody the world you want.

These conversations will reveal the deeply human part of who you are, so that you can live, love, be in relationship, and walk within your life braver having connected to what I call your HeartMind.

Conversations are laced through our existence - both large and small - everyday.

We tell our truths; we talk about our gains and losses; we share our journeys of forging ahead and falling behind; we bring light and dark to our conversations about our addictions, our past regrets; we ask for support with our unwellness, and how alone we can feel; we share how we are struggling with our livelihoods, our relationships feeling bolstered or ending; we curse not being able to set healthier boundaries; and we strategize with one another about how to take a stand for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace.

On Conversations with Thomas, my intention is to bring my bravest, most authentic voice as I lean into exploring what challenges me. I’ll invite guests who will do the same.

I’ll trust you’ll find yourself here, you’ll relate to circumstances, through conversation, that could spark a revitalization of your truest self.

I’ll choose courage in sourcing my vulnerability and use it as means to be of service. Honesty and integrity are my rule in speaking into some of my life’s greatest lessons.

Every two weeks I’ll bring conversation to you and I will invite you, from time to time, to bring your voice to me. I’m trusting we can help support each other in living a little bit lighter and braver, more free and less alone.

Conversations With Thomas is recorded both in Vancouver, British Columbia & Honolulu, Hawai’i.

I am grateful to live and work in Vancouver, BC and Honolulu, Hawai’i. While in Vancouver on the stolen and unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples, and while in Honolulu on the stolen and unceded lands of The Hawaiian Kingdom and the Kanaka Maoli. I acknowledge how I have benefitted and continue to benefit from colonial practices. I’m in a lifelong commitment of unlearning attitudes and acts of oppression, and I’m committed to cultivating respectful and reciprocal relationships with these lands and their ancestral stewards.

I also acknowledge and also insist that Black African enslavement, too, comes from the history of colonialism and imperialism - Black Lives Matter.
